Faulty or Damaged Items
For faulty or damaged items please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. We will access the fault upon return of the item/s and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Change of Mind Policy
At Stile Forma we are happy to offer you a return for change of mind on most full price merchandise, except for earrings and sale items (please see below*). The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- Australia: 7 days from date of delivery
- International: 21 days from date of delivery
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be in original sold condition.
- Item/s must not have been worn, used, damaged or altered in any way.
- Any discounts or rewards applied to your original purchase will be carried over in an exchange. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item/s, any additional rewards used towards that purchase will be forfeited. Where goods are returned for a refund (except faulty goods), any reward earned will be forfeited.
*EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
Our change of mind policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
• Earrings and hair pieces. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hair pieces are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• All 'Sale' item purchases are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Return Item Postage Fees
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty or damaged item, Stile Forma will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.
How to Organise a Return
- Simply email email@example.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you and provide you with all the details you need.
- Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Stile Forma return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please note Stile Forma is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
- Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to us for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via the email address provided with your original online order. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods.
- Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.
Where do I send my return to?
We will provide you with the complete postal address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you via email correspondence.
